With stable in-house works teams and a project management team, we deliver a complete service from design and quoting through construction and warranty cover.

We know the pain points faced by overseas Chinese clients — language barriers, opaque quotes and uncontrolled works — so we built our own online collaboration system: you can check quotes, construction drawings, daily progress and site photos at any time from your phone, and message the team directly.

Official qualifications & guarantees

• Officially registered French company with a SIRET business number, able to issue formal VAT invoices (Facture);
• The quote (Devis) itemises labour, materials, management fees and margin, with a clearly stated VAT rate;
• A formal works contract is signed, with instalment payments: deposit, stage payments, final balance and retention;
• After client handover, the project enters a 24-month warranty period with online maintenance tickets.
